Privacy policy

This policy describes how Nexus Moriglioni processes the data of those who contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

Only the data you give us when you contact us (for example name, phone or email and the reason for your enquiry).

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. We do not use them for anything else or share them with third parties, unless required by law.

To like, ask questions or download materials you can sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email. We store your email, your name, your likes and your questions only to provide those features. They are hosted by Supabase, our provider; if you sign in with Google, Google gives us your name and email.

Questions are published, with your name, only once we answer them. You can ask us to delete your account and all its data.

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data through our contact channels, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
